2. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee the approval of any application, employment, or registration with any authority or professional body.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, MedSpain cannot guarantee that the information will always remain current or that individual applications will be approved.
Final decisions are made solely by the relevant Spanish authorities, professional organizations, employers, or other institutions.
MedSpain shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, rejected applications, or damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

All content available on this website, including guides, documents, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of MedSpain unless otherwise stated.

7. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Access to digital products will be granted after payment has been successfully completed.
